Hi Everyone:
I’m excited to announce that I now have lab tests available to order through my store! You can access my lab test section by clicking here.
Right now there are 6 of my most commonly run lab tests available but more will be added soon. I highly recommend these tests for everyone because they provide you with actionable information, no more guessing. I like to say test – don’t guess!
Here is a summary of my most commonly run lab tests. Sample reports are available on each test page.
This test measures vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids not only in your blood but in your red and white blood cells. Your cells are where the action is. Your cells create tissues, bones, muscles – everything! If your cells are not nourished it’s not a stretch to suggest your tissues, bones, and muscles will not be as healthy as they can be. Serum (blood) nutrients show acute (short-term) levels and red and white blood cell levels show a 2-4 month snap shot.
This test measures your sensitivity to 209 common foods. This test measures both your IGG and IGA immune response to foods. Immunoglobulin G (IGG) is usually associated with an immune response that is targeted towards pathogens. This means if you test high for an IGG response to food protein, your body is treating that food protein like an invader. Immunoglobulin A (IGA) is found in the mucosal layer of our respiratory and GI tracts as well as in blood, saliva, and other secretory fluids. I recommend everyone get this test done so they can identify foods that should be removed from their diet immediately. Depending on the problematic foods it certainly won’t be easy but it’ll be absolutely worth it.
For anyone dealing with digestive related issues (and who isn’t these days) this is the test for you. This is an at home stool test that provides incredible insight into your digestive tract. It can help identify leaky gut and intestinal permeability. It shows how diverse your gut bacteria is and if you are suffering from digestive insufficiency from low stomach acid and / or low secretion of pancreatic enzymes
The organic acids test is like an emissions test for your body. How effective is your cellular metabolism? How healthy are your metabolic pathways? How are you creating energy at the cellular level? Do you have yeast, fungal, or bacterial overgrowth? How are you metabolizing neurotransmitters? Are you producing enough glutathione (which is our predominant antioxidant)?
These are some of the many questions that can be answered with an organic acids test.
Toxins, toxins, toxins. We are exposed to toxins every day. Our bodies typically do a fantastic job of detoxifying from exposure to toxins, however, over time our ability to perform that function can be hampered. The Total Tox Burden test measures 90 different toxins (39 environmental toxins, 31 mold (mycotoxins, and 20 heavy metal toxins). This is the most comprehensive toxin test you can get. If you have stubborn health challenges that you can’t seem to get under control, consider the Total Tox Burden test.
The staff of life our ancestors ate is nothing close to the genetically modified, chemical laden wheat of today. When I bring up wheat with clients, I hear this all the time, “I never feel bad or have any digestive problems after I eat wheat so I think I’m good.” This test will definitively show if wheat is wreaking havoc on your digestive system and whether or not you have a propensity for leaky gut and / or intestinal permeability. Find out for sure if wheat is an issue for you with the wheat zoomer test.
Thanks for reading everyone – I welcome any questions you have!
