Here, we take what we learned in the Discovery phase and build your personalized care plan, which can include lab testing, supplementation, dietary guidance, maintenance planning and more.

With many concerns, you should see significant advancements towards your desired health outcome in as little as 90 days. Once we have you progressing towards your goals, we will build on that success in the maintenance phase.

I illustrate its importance like this: If your car breaks down, you wouldn’t get it fixed and then go back to ignoring oil changes and tune-ups, and then expect it to stay fixed, would you?
