What to Expect: Your Journey to Better Health
Embarking on a health journey can feel overwhelming, but you won’t be doing it alone. My approach is designed to provide you with the perfect balance of deep-dive clinical assessment and real-world habit support. Our work together is a 5-step structured partnership:
1. The Kick-Off (In-Person Appointment)
We start with a comprehensive 1-on-1 session. We’ll discuss your history, goals, and your intake forms to see exactly what your body is asking for. You’ll leave with a clear, customized protocol and a solid “Day One” plan.
2. The Course Correction (Coaching Call)
Change is hard! About two weeks in, we’ll hop on a call to see how you’re adjusting. Are the supplements sitting well? Is the new routine clicking? We’ll troubleshoot any hurdles and keep your momentum high.
3. The Deep Dive (In-Person Appointment)
Now that we’ve laid the foundation, we meet back at the office. We’ll re-test, track your progress, and layer in the next phase of your protocol. This is where we fine-tune the “engine” based on how you’re actually feeling.
4. The Implementation Bridge (Coaching Call)
Life happens—vacations, busy work weeks, or just “off” days. This second coaching call is our safety net. We’ll refine your habits, celebrate your wins, and make sure you have the tools to stay consistent even when things get hectic.
5. The Progress Review (In-Person Appointment)
In our final session of this phase, we look at the “Before vs. After.” We’ll review your symptomatic changes, finalize your long-term maintenance plan, and ensure you feel confident moving forward with your newfound vitality.
